The solution we are offering in partnership with ČEZ ESCO is designed for corporations, government institutions, and the public sector. It enables photovoltaic systems to be installed on the rooftops of production facilities, office buildings, logistics centres, and other properties without any initial costs.
What makes our service so unique? The SGEF-funded solution is designed by ČEZ ESCO to meet the client’s individual needs. ČEZ ESCO then signs an electricity supply contract with the client. Clients make no initial investment, but pay only for the electricity they consume at an agreed rate per MWh. This price is comparable to or lower than ordinary grid electricity rates. Monthly payments cover everything – financing, system operation, and full installation insurance.
Clients’ operating costs remain stable. In fact, their overall electricity expenses may be reduced.
For clients, this is an off-balance-sheet solution that requires no CAPEX and does not increase credit exposure.
