Reporting a claim and assistance during resolution
  • Are you a client of SGEF and have you taken out insurance of your financed asset through us? If you need to report a claim related to the financed asset, please feel free to call us any business day from 8 AM to 5 PM: +420 955 526 795 for the Czech Republic or +421 948 655 774 for Slovakia

  • We will not only help you to report the claim, but we will also assist you throughout the assessment process.

  • The forms used to notify the individual insurance companies of damage in the Czech Republic, broken down by commodity, can be found at pojisteni.sgef.cz.
