We are one of the few financial institutions headquartered in the Czech Republic that offers aircraft financing to Czech and Slovak clients. Our customers include major financial and industrial groups, medium-sized and smaller businesses, and affluent individuals.
Since 2005, we have financed dozens of aircraft and helicopters. We offer tailored financial loans with a fixed interest rate for the entire financing period or a three-month variable rate. With this arrangement, the investor owns the aircraft, while SGEF is registered as the pledgee in the aircraft register. Financing terms typically range from five to eight years, depending on the aircraft’s age and the amount financed.
Aircraft are usually registered in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, though we can accommodate registrations in other countries, subject to client requirements and a review of local legislation and conditions.
