Yes. All our clients will be gradually migrated to the new, technologically advanced environment, as we wish to offer more advanced digital banking to you for your everyday needs.
You have plenty of time to complete the process. Before you transition, all your products and applications will continue to work the way you are used to. However, you will need to transition to the new banking platform eventually.
The transition to the new banking platform is not just about a new app. It concerns your products that will be replaced with new and improved ones. And these products require new contractual documents to be signed.
If you download and activate the new KB+ app during the transition process, you can sign in to the app in the manner you selected.
Nothing changes if you use browser-based Internet banking – you will enter your user name and confirm it with KB Klíč (it is newly included in the KB+ app).
