1. Insulation materials (including vapour barriers, weatherproofing membranes, airtightness measures, thermal bridging, and scaffolding) and products for the application of insulation to the building envelope (mechanical fasteners, adhesives, etc.), as well as the cost of their installation.
2. Windows and doors: glazing and/or glazing improvements, frames, seals and sealants, as well as the cost of their installation.
3. Other measures related to the building envelope with an impact on the thermal performance, such as external shading installations, solar control systems and passive systems.

1. Space heating: Heat generation (e.g. boiler replacement, heat pump, heat generation control), storage (e.g. storage tank), distribution (e.g. circulator, circuit valves, distribution control) and distribution (e.g. radiators, ceiling/floor heating, heat exchangers, and control).
2. Hot water: Hot water production (e.g. solar thermal systems, boiler, heat control), storage (e.g. storage tank), distribution (e.g. circulator, circuit valves/mixing valves, distribution control, system and pipe insulation) and supply (e.g. tap valves and shower heads). 
3. Ventilation systems: Heat generation and recovery equipment (e.g. heat exchanger, preheater, heat recovery unit, heat generation controls), ductwork (e.g. fans, circulators, valves, filters, ductwork controls), and piping (e.g. piping, outlets, and controls). 
4. Cooling: Cooling production (e.g. air conditioning generators, heating and cooling pumps, compressors, production controls), distribution (e.g. circulators, circuit valves, distribution controls) and ductwork (e.g. ceilings/floors/frames; heat exchangers, and controls), passive cooling measures (e.g. roof insulation and external shading), and building envelope measures. 
5. Lighting: Light sources and luminaires. 
6. Building automation and control: Building management systems that implement monitoring functions, technical intelligence, control (e.g. centralised control of production, distribution, radiators, and circulators) and necessary communication systems (e.g. wiring and transmitters). 
7. Energy supply connection: Connection to the energy grid or storage devices (e.g. district heating or photovoltaic systems) and necessary related installations. 
8. Decentralised renewable energy production: Renewable energy-based supply systems installed in or on a building. 
9. Charging stations for electric vehicles, both inside or outside of buildings.

Combined heat and power generation: Class A or higher only or an overall efficiency of 90%.
