Due to reconstruction, the Mastercard Caproni Lounge at M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava will be closed from 1 May 2025. The estimated duration of the reconstruction is 1 month. Mastercard holders who are entitled to free entry to the lounge can use the services of the VOLARE bar and, in addition, will receive a voucher worth EUR 14 as compensation. The Volare bar is located on the 2nd floor of the departure terminal, behind the security checkpoint on the right-hand side, near the original lounge.

When visiting airport lounges in Prague or Bratislava, it is useful to present a Mastercard premium card (World Elite credit card, A card, Lady Card or Gold Card debit card or any Mastercard business payment card).
When visiting airport lounges in Vienna, it is useful to present a Mastercard premium card (World Elite credit card, A Card, Lady Card or Gold Card debit card or any Mastercard business payment card) or a Visa premium card (Visa Infinite debit card, Gold Card, Platinum Visa, Visa Infinite credit card or any Visa business payment card)
When visiting the FastTrack Lounge, present your Visa premium card – Visa Infinite debit card, Visa Gold Card, Visa Infinite credit card, Platinum Visa or Visa Business Gold Card.
In order to visit DragonPass lounges, it is necessary to register in the programme using the DragonPass mobile app and then generate a QR code using your mobile phone. DragonPass is one of the benefits offered by World Elite credit card, Visa Infinite debit card, Platinum debit card, Visa Infinite credit card, and Business Gold Cards.
