How can I collect and renew my certificate?
- After logging into MůjProfil click Personal certificate on smart card.
- Select Renew.
- Open the KB Podpisový modul app. Check the data and enter the smart card PIN.
- A new certificate with extended validity, which you confirm by the AGREE button, is generated.
- The KB Podpisový modul app closes automatically and returns you to MůjProfil.
You can start to use the extended certificate immediately. We'll warn you of the certificate's ending validity via e-mail 30 days before it expires. We'll also warn you when you are logging into the MojeBanka, MojeBanka Business, Profibanka, and Přímý kanál services.
