How does Merlin insurance work?

Merlin is a payment card insurance against unauthorised use of your card in the event it is lost or stolen.

It covers all debit and credit cards issued in your name by KB and other banks in the Czech Republic.

It also covers personal belongings stolen with your card (e.g. keys, mobile phone, wallet, etc.) or unauthorised card transactions using a correct PIN code.
