Do not click any email links and do not input your login information! Komerční banka never requests this type of data from its clients. We advise you not to open any emails originating from unknown sources, click unknown links in such emails, or enter your login information, including your internet banking certificate.
Example of a fraudulent email:
In case you have received the above mentioned email or encountered any other suspicious emails and opened them or clicked any links therein, as appropriate, we ask that you immediately contact our Internet banking helpline at 955 551 552 or email us to mojebanka@kb.cz.
To prevent similar attacks, we recommend that you protect your PC with Trusteer Rapport.
