Announcement of the change of members of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s.

Komerční banka, a. s., a company with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, building identification No. 969, postal code 114 07, ID No. 45317054, registered in the Register of Companies maintained by the Metropolitan Court of Prague, Section B, File 1360, announces that the Supervisory Board:
(i) elected Ms. Katarína Kurucová as a member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s., to replace, with effect from 1 June 2025, member of the Board of Directors Mr. David Formánek, who from the same date will hold the position of Chief Executive Officer in SG Equipment Finance CR.
(ii) elected Ms. Anne Laure Véronique de Kouchkovsky as a member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s., to replace, with effect from 1 September 2025, member of the Board of Directors Mr. Didier Colin, who is returning to Société Générale.

Katarína KURUCOVÁ

Katarína Kurucová is a graduate of the City University, Bellevue, USA, with a specialization in Business Administration. Between 1994 and 1998, she worked as an investment manager with the Slovak American Enterprise Fund in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 1995, she participated in the Slovak Business Leaders Internship Program in New York and Chattanooga, USA. Between 1998 and 1999, she worked as a management consultant with Deloitte, Bratislava, Slovakia. From 1999 to 2011, she served as Vice-President, Client Relationship Management, in the Bratislava Branch of ING Bank N.V. Since 2011, she has been Executive Director (Foreign Bank Branch Director) of KB's registered branch in Slovakia.

Anne de KOUCHKOVSKY

Anne de Kouchkovsky is a graduate from ESCP with a major in finance and a minor in corporate law.
Anne has spent all her career in Société Générale Group: Between 2022 and 2025, she served as General Secretary of Société Générale Luxembourg. From 2018 to 2021, she was the Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Board of Rosbank. Before that, from 2012 to February 2018, she was Deputy Head then Head of Operational Risk of the Group. Before joining the Risk Department in 2012, Anne has spent 20 years within the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Group: from 2009 to 2012 she was in the Aircraft Finance team where she joined after holding various positions within the Capital Markets Division, in Syndicate, Sales and Origination teams.
