2. KB Absolute Return
Fund is intended for all who wish to invest their funds in a relatively short period of 12 to 18 months and require returns in excess of those offered by term deposits and saving accounts.
The objective of the absolute return strategy is to achieve positive performance irrespectively of the prices of shares and other investment instruments.
The fund’s investment manager seeks to achieve the investment objective of the fund by efficiently diversifying the funds among various absolute return investment strategies.
The final performance of the fund may fluctuate above and below the reference level (CNB rate + 1.5%). Therefore, it is not a guaranteed return / return without fluctuations.
Absolute return investments may not have to be subject to market fluctuations as they are not directly linked to the fluctuation of prices on the bond/share markets. The objective of the active fund management is to limit any such fluctuations.
The absolute return strategy is open to any and all investment opportunities on capital markets – i.e. it is not limited to one strategy or benchmark, as is the case with standard funds.
