Claims for transactions

If you do not agree with the amount, currency or whole transaction, which was debited from your account, check this transaction against the payment card statement and subsequently please contact your branch of KB, where a Claim record will be drawn up with you. Here, state which operations you do not agree with, also the correct amounts and substantiate your claim with documents (receipts). KB is obliged to inform the account owner/card holder about the status of handling of his/her claim within 30 days of commencement of the claim proceedings.

Clearance of transactions

All transactions performed using your KB payment card will be debited from the account for which the card was issued as soon as KB receives notification of the transaction. The account owner receives a statement of transactions performed using the payment card or payment cards on the agreed dates. Foreign transactions are cleared using the exchange rate valid on the date the transaction was processed in KB.
