Custody of Securities

Services for holders of securities.

Custody of securities is intended for:

  • large and medium-sized enterprises
  • the government and municipalities
  • financial institutions

In the framework of the custody of securities, we will provide:

  • settlement of securities according to client’s instruction
  • safekeeping of securities
    • in Central Securities Depository Prague for domestic securities
    • with foreign depositories (such as Euroclear, Clearstream) for foreign securities
    • in a separate register for physical securities
  • corporate events related to the holding of securities (eg dividends, coupons, voting at general meetings, etc.)
  • mediation of Tax Refund
  • securities account statement to prove the ownership of securities

For issuers of securities we also arrange:

  • statement from registrar of issuer
  • based on requirements attendance list for general meeting
  • administration of payment of incomes and other payments
