At the end of 2011 all of Komerční banka’s branches, including those that work on Saturdays and Sundays, will keep their opening hours as usual.
For its clients, Komerční banka has prepared detailed overviews of the opening hours of KB branches and the latest time by which payment orders (for domestic and international payments, including SEPA EuroPayments) and direct debit orders must be delivered to the bank, and cash deposited at counters, if they are to be processed and credited to the beneficiary’s account in 2011.
KB clients who use online direct banking services also receive information about the latest time for sending orders, via the bulletin board in the respective application. Orders for payments in CZK to third-party banks in the Czech Republic can be sent via direct banking channels by 29 December 2011 (with the due date on that day) and orders for payments within KB by 30 December 2011 before 8.30 p.m. (with the due date on that day). Further, the Expresní linka service will be available non-stop over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Please note that cash deposits in accounts of Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, in accounts of Penzijní fond KB, or in accounts kept at the CNB, must be made by 29 December 2011, inclusive, to ensure that they are credited to the respective account in 2011.
You can obtain detailed information at www.kb.cz and all KB branches.
