Henri Bonnet holds a law degree from Poitiers University. He has held a variety of post within the Société Générale Group, both in its international network (South Korea, Brazil, and Germany) and in its Corporate Banking division.
In 1997, he was appointed Country Manager for Germany. In 2001, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Deputy Head of the Specialised Financial Services division within the Société Générale Group.
Mr Bonnet will continue to serve on the Société Générale Group's Management Committee.
Patrice Taillandier-Thomas (1958) graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques. He holds a postgraduate degree in law and another in economics.
Since 1983, he has held various positions at Société Générale, mainly in the area of payments. Since 2000 he has been Deputy Manager of the Card Activity Department and Manager of the e-Business division. In his previous position, he managed the BASEL II project.
Aurélien Viry (1966) majored in accounting and finance at l'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and acquired the Diplôme d'Etudes Comptables et Financières (DECF). Aurélien Viry associated his career with the Société Générale Group as early as 1990.
Until 1996, he worked as Senior Inspector in the Inspection Department at the Société Générale head office. In July 1996, he became Deputy Branch Manager of Société Générale's Seoul branch. In April 1999, he moved within the Group to SG Securities. In October 2001, he became Chief Operating Officer of SG Securities Asia Limited for the Asia Region.
Upon his return to France, he began working as Head of Global Middle Offices in April 2003. Prior to his appointment to the KB Board of Directors, Mr Viry acquired his latest experience in GENEFIM from November 2005.
Vladimír Jeřábek (1968) graduated from the Department of Economics and Management of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology and acquired his MBA from Nottingham Trent University. After graduation, he has worked as a financial director in the banking and industrial sectors.
He joined Komerční banka in 1998 he held managerial positions in its distribution network, specifically Branch Manager, Region Manager and, since 2007, Executive Director for the Distribution Network.
In June 2008, he was appointed Member of the Board and Senior Executive Director for Distribution.
Jan Juchelka (1971) graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Business of Silesian University in Karviná. After graduation, he went to work in the private sector and in 1995 began to work at the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, initially as an executive in the Securities Department and later as the head of a section and a department.
From 2000, he served as Executive Committee Vice-Chairman of National Property Fund and from 2002 to 2005 as its Chairman. Jan Juchelka joined KB on 1 February 2006.
Mr. Palečka was born in 1959. He graduated from the Business College of the Bratislava School of Economics in 1982.
Having worked in the corporate sector for some time he accepted the position of head of the strategic planning department at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade and then, from 1990 to 1992, head of the multilateral trade policy department.
From 1992 to 1994, he served as Czechoslovakia's, and later the Czech Republic's, standing representative for GATT, and for the following four years as the Czech Republic's standing representative in the WTO. Since 1995, he has also been serving as an arbiter on international panels resolving with trade disputes between the EU, the US, Canada and other countries.
He joined Komerční banka in August 1998, accepting the position of Head of the Financial Group and Privatisation Strategy Department, where he served until October 1999.
On 13 October 1999, the Komerční banka Supervisory Board elected him to the Board of Directors, where he was mainly responsible for the Bank's strategy and privatisation. In April 2000, he was appointed Vice-Chairman and First Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
